For any exchanges, You need to send us parcel opening video as soon as you receive the parcel. The 'To-be-exchanged' product has to be dispatched within 24 hours and tracking has to be provided in order to make your order eligible for exchange. Parcel has to be packed properly with secured packing and should be unused in any case. We'll inspect the same on receiving the product and shall initiate the exchange process. Shipping charges for exchange have to be borne by customers only.
